CleanFit was born from real life — two women, a shared problem, and a better way to move.
Founder
At 43, I lost my job. I found myself back to cleaning — about 15 hours a week, five days on my feet. And when I got home? The work didn't stop. Laundry. Dishes. Dusting. It was never-ending.
Cleaning is tough. It's exhausting. And most of the time? It's invisible. No one sees the effort behind it.
"What if, instead of breaking my body down… I could use cleaning to build myself up?"
People always assumed I loved cleaning because I was so thorough. But honestly? I just love a clean space. Not the act of cleaning itself. And one day I realised — cleaning never truly ends. So if I had to keep doing it… I needed a better way.
That's when my journey led me to Keren G. Together, we experimented, tested, and refined new techniques — ways to clean smarter, move better, and protect the body.
And that's how CleanFit was born.
Co-Founder
With 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Keren has had the privilege of training everyone from teenagers to older adults, including celebrities.
Throughout her career, she has focused on helping people increase their strength, improve fitness, and enhance mobility — all while prioritising proper form and safety.
"Functional movements aren't just great for everyday life — they're a key part of staying safe and strong."
Keren is passionate about functional movement, which is exactly what CleanFit brings to the table. When Keren Orkabi came to her with the idea of applying these principles to household cleaning, it clicked immediately.
Together, they developed a unique approach — teaching a cleaning technique that is not only safe and effective, but will help protect your body while you clean, and build you stronger over time.
CleanFit isn't just about getting the job done. It's about moving with purpose. Building strength. Taking care of yourself while you clean.
We believe that the tasks you do every single day — the chores no one sees — can become a source of real strength, better posture, and lasting health. Not a burden on your body. A benefit to it.
If you've ever felt the strain… the aches… or wondered if there's a better way — there is.
